I understand and agree that the following terms and conditions shall apply to all transactions made by the applicant/customer (“Customer”):
Customer certifies that all purchases will be for retail resale purposes only and that Customer currently has a state resale number and certificate in the state in which Customer conducts business.
Compliance with Laws:
Customer shall obtain and maintain all necessary federal, state, and municipal business licenses and permits for its retail firearms and/or related accessories business. Customer agrees to maintain a thorough knowledge of and to fully comply with all current federal, state, and local firearms regulations (FFL customers only).
Certain firearms and accessory products may not be exported without the express written consent of the manufacturer. Customer agrees that it will not export, directly or indirectly, any export restricted products without first obtaining the written consent of the manufacturer and in full compliance with U.S. government export licensing requirements (i.e., U.S. Department of State ITAR regulations and Department of Commerce BIS regulations).
Customer agrees to promptly notify MSR Distribution Company in the event of any revocation of its FFL or any other required business license. Customer agrees to promptly notify MSR Distribution Company of any changes in the ownership or control of its business or in the form of its business entity (e.g. partnership, corporation, sole proprietorship).
Invoiced payment amounts not paid by the due date shall bear interest and service charges of 2.5% per month. Any returned checks or electronic payments will be subject to a $25.00 service charge. Any delinquent payments or returned checks may result in the account being changed to cash prepay or COD only. Credit may be extended to accounts that complete the appropriate credit forms and have an approved rating. All prices quoted reflect a 4% discount that cannot be earned for credit card orders. Orders under $200.00 are subject to an additional $20.00 small order charge. At the option and discretion of the company, returned checks may be presented as an Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction to applicant’s bank. Backorders or prepayments do not guarantee pricing.
Return freight charges:
All charges must be paid prior to any additional orders being shipped.
Lost or damaged goods:
The company is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit. Shortages or damages must be reported to company within 3 business days of delivery or claims will be denied. Internal (concealed) damage claims must be filed and followed up with the freight carrier.
The only warranties applicable to the products sold by MSR Distribution Company are any express warranties that come from the manufacturer of the products. Customer understands and agrees that MSR Distribution Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind or nature concerning the products it sells. Customer agrees to waive all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Customer grants to MSR Distribution Company a purchase money security interest in all products sold to Customer by MSR Distribution Company to secure payment to MSR Distribution Company. Customer hereby authorizes MSR Distribution Company to sign any documents required to perfect MSR Distribution Company’s security interest, including financing statements under the Uniform Commercial Code.
Customer understands and agrees that if credit is extended, all invoices are to be paid by the due date on the invoice. Customer shall be liable for all costs incurred by MSR Distribution Company in the collection of any delinquent account, including collection agency fees, court costs, attorney fees and other legal expenses. The undersigned customer hereby certifies that all information supplied on the Customer's Account Application is true and correct, and that he/she is at least 21 years of age and has read, fully understands, and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Customer agrees not to return any merchandise to MSR Distribution Company without prior authorization.
To ensure prompt, accurate service, all returns require prior authorization by MSR Distribution Customer Service Department. MSR Distribution will accept returns within 30 days of the original invoice date if the products are new and in original, unopened packaging (some restrictions apply). MSR distribution will not take any returns without a Return Authorization number.
Return process steps:
MSR Distribution will not take back any firearms or ammunition. All firearms that are defective must be taken up with the Manufacturer.
Damaged or Missing Merchandise:
MSR Distribution is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
If you receive a package that has been damaged during shipment, please record, and take photos of the package before opening. All shipping cartons & packaging must be kept for inspection for carrier purposes.
We are unable to take back products with opened packaging and used products.
MSR Distribution is not a warranty repair station, and we do not accept defective merchandise returns. Defective merchandise is subject to the manufacturer’s specified warranty policy, and the manufacturer should be contacted directly for details on returns
There will be no restocking fee if an item is returned because of our error.
All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns for items that have been drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and must have prior manufacturer approval.
Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is the result of our error.
Shipping labels will be provided if the item shipped was a result of our error.
Most orders are shipped within two business days.
Flat rate of $20.00 on any single order. Excludes wooden stocks, ammo, and orders shipped to AK and HI.
MSR Distribution will dropship orders for approved retailers.
- Shipping charges will be retail based and not the flat fee.
It is the retailer's responsibility to ensure there is no credit card fraud associated with the order. MSR Distribution will not be liable for loss due to credit card fraud.
Fulfillment Return Policy:
MSR Distribution does not handle consumer returns. Fulfillment partners should direct ALL consumer returns to their specified return facility. We are furthermore unable to accept product in damaged or opened packaging or used products. Additionally, some products may not be eligible for return. If a product is returned in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to destroy the product or return it at the dealer’s expense.
Claims with shipping companies:
Typical Photo Documentation Requirements
Although a physical inspection at a shipping partner approved facility (location) is typically required for damage package claims, photo documentation must also be collected, as it helps to provide a timely resolution of your damaged package claim. When submitting photo documentation for damaged package claims, they often request the following digital pictures:
1. A photo of the damaged item
2. A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with all the original cushioning (picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box)
3. A photo of the packaging material used inside the box (e.g., bubble wrap, Styrofoam peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)
4. A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number)
5. A close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (BMC), if available
-The BMC is a round stamp that details either the bursting strength of the box or the edge crush rating of the box.
-The BMC is generally found on a bottom flap on the outside of a corrugated cardboard box.
6. Two photos displaying all six sides of the package (One photo should display the top and two sides. The second photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides.)
7. Dimensions of the box, including the package height, length, and width.
Most online claims applications support following file formats: jpg, tiff, bmp, pdf, docx.
Once the photos are received, an inspection is performed, and the shipper is contacted with the results. If you are the receiver, please stay in contact with your shipper for additional information regarding the final disposition of the claim.
We do not ship any international orders or orders to Guam, APOs and FPOs.
No minimum order requirements. MSR Distribution accepts E-Checks/ACH, Terms on Approval, COD and most major credit cards.
$25 fee plus 2.5% interest shall be charged if payment is not made good by the next day. If check isn’t cleared within 30 days, the account will be sent to the Nevada Attorney General for prosecution under NRS 205.134.
Modifications of Firearms:
MSR Distribution is a firearms distributor and, as such, makes no modifications to any firearm sold to its dealers. All firearms sold by MSR Distribution are sold to the dealer in the same configuration they were purchased from the manufacturer. As such, MSR Distribution is not responsible for any products which a manufacturer represents are compliant with any specific state’s regulations. Further, the modification by any third party of any firearm to make it “California Compliant” or compliant with any other state’s specific firearms regulations voids any manufacturer warranty and MSR Distribution SHALL NOT be held liable for such modifications or alterations.
